Liqueur Log

You will need one packet of chocolate biscuits (chocolate, not chocolate coated, and don't get the hard kind), and whipped cream.

How to whip cream
Whip the cream (preferably in an electric thing) until it's the right consistency. You can add some icing sugar.

Dip the biscuits in a lovely liqueur (I use Kaluaha, other use Baileys). Sandwich them together with whipped cream, cover in whipped cream, leave in fridge overnight. The cream will discolour (that's the alcohol working) so cover it again before serving.
